Deep immersion in the Arc → Wave → Milestone → Task hierarchy. You work through 15 industry scenarios to understand how the framework applies across different business types, team sizes, and strategic contexts. By the end of Session 1, you can map any business situation to the correct framework level and diagnose Alignment Gaps on sight.
Between sessions, you receive full access to the 1:90 Align platform and spend time configuring a sample client environment. This is not a demo — you build an actual Arc, create three Waves, set Milestones, assign Tasks, and run the dashboard. You leave knowing the software inside out, not from watching a tutorial but from using it.
The second session covers client engagement: how to run an Arc planning session, how to facilitate a Wave Review, how to handle common objections, how to price your engagements across the three income streams, and how to use the facilitator kit in a live client environment. You leave certified and ready to take on your first client immediately.
